Serge Romano

Director, Head Sales Coach

With over 30 years’ experience in sales, Serge Romano’s vision is to develop the next generation of exceptional sales people. Serge’s sales expertise was honed by many years in the franchise area. As the part owner of the Movieland franchise model which included 135 stores across Australia, Serge helped develop a business model that was successfully implemented by the franchises around Australia. In more recent years, Serge moved into the finance and mortgage broking industries. His roles in franchise and sales management within Mortgage Choice, Rams and Commonwealth Bank enabled him to lead and shape successful sales teams as a guide, teacher, coach and mentor.

It was during his time at Commonwealth Bank that Serge met Sales Coaching Guru, Jack Daly and decided it was time to turn his focus on sales coaching and training. Serge is now the Director and Head Sales Coach for Leverage Sales Coaching within Australia and New Zealand teaching the Jack Daly Sales Systems to CEO’s, Managing Directors, Sales Managers and sales teams across a broad spectrum of companies.

As a sales leadership coach Serge’s expertise lies in assisting clients to continuously strive for their best, spotting opportunities to achieve better outcomes, implementing strong staff development practices, performing regular reviews and one on ones to
enhance and motivate the output of their staff.

Kane Draper

Associate Director of Coaching

Kane Draper has more than twelve years of Business Development, sales strategy and leadership experience across state and national level roles.
He has had extensive success in the corporate sector, in particular, with a number of listed, not-for- profit and charitable organisations.

In 2017, Kane provided key business development insights and detailed analysis which helped to facilitate and play an integral part in the sale and acquisition of the largest allied health organisation within Australia. His success has also been recognised at the CEO Magazine Business Development Manager of the Year Awards in 2016 where the broader sales industry acknowledged his personal success.

As a sales leadership coach and mentor, Kane is highly ambitious and thrives off the growth of individuals through his detailed hands-on approach to business development strategy. Kane will not only provide you with powerful tools across negotiation, closing and accountability but will also engage you with easily implementable systems to 10X your productivity and deliver strong personal success.

Kane has a degree in Health Science Medicine, is a Distinction graduate of the UNSW MBA program, a Neuro Linguistic Programing specialist and currently in the midst of writing his first book on the powerful habits of Australia’s uber successful corporates to be released in 2019.
